E&P-02 Controller, digital type electro-pneumatic controller is designed to control
Process variables such as pressure, temperature, liquid level and so on.
It provides All the latest digital electronic control functions with reliability & precision of a pneumatic Controller.
Controller is composed of several major parts including Digital Signal Processor, flash ROM for program/data
storage, analog-digital signal filter, WatchDog circuits, RS232/485 Communication interface & a pair of solenoid
valves and etc..
The algorithm for PID control & auto-tuning was adopted as control software.
Electro-Pneumatic Controller operates that It accepts the signals standard 4~20mA and/or Pt100 from a sensor
(transmitter), and CPU forward output signal,
To be calculated by PID. It¡¯ll provides Pneumatic output to operate diaphragm or piston actuated control valves.
Because of this feature E&P-02 doesn¡¯t use I/P transducer and/or valve Positioner, it operates actuator directly
thus reducing the costs. |
